Basic Information:
Adabra lives in a mill on top of Umbrage Hill and serves as the local midwife and apothecary for the nearby village of Phandalin. As such, she is the only person in Phandalin who sells potions of healing.
She uses the millstone of the windmill in which she lived to pulverize the ingredients for her medicines. She is very interested in potion making and loves to learn more and create various potions when she can.
