Basic Information:
Egorim the Purple, a member of the enigmatic wizard family known for their distinct colored robes, has always been fascinated by the cosmos. From a young age, he showed a
natural affinity for celestial magic, drawn to the mysteries of the stars and the movements of celestial bodies. Unlike his brother Fladnag, whose divinations are often cryptic
and whimsical, Egorim's approach to magic is more methodical and scientific.
Egorim chose the seclusion of the Hotenow Mountains in the Sword Coast as his home, where he could study the stars in uninterrupted peace. Perched on a mountaintop, his
observatory is a marvel of magical architecture, dominated by a massive telescope of his own design. This telescope, enchanted and meticulously crafted, serves as his primary
tool for both magical and astronomical studies. Egorim uses it not only to chart the stars but also to observe events across the world, blending his celestial insights with a
keen understanding of the earthly realm.
In addition to his studies, Egorim is renowned for his craftsmanship in creating magical clothing. These garments, infused with celestial energies, offer unique properties,
such as protection, enhanced perception, or even glimpses into the future. However, Egorim's creations come at a steep price, reflecting both their rarity and the laborious
process of their making. His customers, often adventurers or scholars, seek him out despite the cost, knowing that his works are unparalleled in their magical quality.
Egorim's life on the mountaintop is one of solitude, dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and the crafting of his magical wares. His obsession with his telescope, which
occupies much of his home, symbolizes his deep connection to the cosmos. Through it, he seeks to unravel the secrets of the universe, believing that the stars hold answers to
questions both cosmic and mundane.
Despite his reclusive nature, Egorim occasionally shares his knowledge and creations with the outside world, albeit selectively. Those who seek him out find a wizard whose
gaze is often fixed not on the ground, but on the stars, searching for patterns and truths that transcend the ordinary.
