Halia is the original guildmaster of the Phandalin Miner's Exchange.
She is a fierce but patient woman who is dangerous to cross. She has few qualms about helping those who seemed like valuable business partners,
and equally few qualms about stabbing those same people in the back if it suits her (or even if they are simply rude to her). Her manipulating skills can take her very far
in her career and her ambitions. She is a tough one and will get things done one way or the other.
