Basic Information:
Toblen is the proprietor of the StoneHill Inn in Phandalin, where the group decides to eat, drink and rest between adventures.
He is a young man who is quite short and very friendly. His inn serves drinks and food, and offers rooms for rent, and Toblen himself is always happy to pass on gossip he'd heard in his common room. Toblen has a wife, Trilena, and a son, Pip. His staff includes the barmaid, Elsa. He owes a small amount of money to the local banker and townmaster, Harbin Wester.
