Trying to do a short rest in the middle of Wave Echo Cave is not the smartest idea of the group and things escalate quickly. They need to escape the cave before they get buried along with everything else...

As most of you have noticed, there has been some time between chapter 35 and 36 due to the fact that we all have been very busy but unfortunately not with Dungeons & Dragons. Therefor we regret to inform that season 2 has been delayed with three months and will premiere in December 2024.
Also we have decided to change our group dynamic in the new campaign and it will be DM Jayren who will be the Dungeon Master this time. We know J Roon from playing Deimus the Trickster in Adventures of the Sword Coast. This means that DMDan will not be the Dungeon Master for season 2, but will join the group this time as a player. The persons behind Draco, Cepheon and Azareah will still be present and will still be playing a character in the new campaign.
And with a lot of pleasure we would like to announce that season 2 will be named; Adventures of Elderon. A completely homebrew adventure and world created by J Roon himself. We hope you are as excited as we are to dive into this new adventure in December 2024!

After dealing with Jivril Nin, the group ventures forth deeper inside Wave Echo Cave with the hope to find the Forge of Spells. But with monsters and enemies lurking around every corner, it is much easier said then done...
This chapter is action packed with action and some revelations! Keep in mind that the map of Wave Echo Cave will come online together with Chapter 37 so stay tuned!

Finally after a very long time the group of adventurers have entered the long last Wave Echo Cave. In here they have to find their way through labyrinthine tunnels, fight off several monsters and try to find the Forge of Spells. But instead of the forge, they stumble upon someone familiar...

Almost a whole week it has been that the characters left Phandalin in their search for Linene Graywind, but unfortunately without success. So before they head back to Phandalin and Axeholm Fortress to share the bad news, they have some more business to do with Wreybar Wompeder and then they leave for Phandalin. With Adventures of the Sword coast slowly coming to an end, the group as agreed together to start a brand new campaign which for now we call season 2! More details will follow. So the people behind Azareah, Cepheon, Deimus and Draco will join again in the new campaign with this time different characters and ofcourse yours truly, DMDan will be the Dungeon Master for this campaign.

The group is back in Phandalin, but Phandalin is not what it was when they left more then 3 weeks ago. Cepheon comes clean about what he did in Neverwinter just before they left, which creates again some tension within the group. But with two bugbears as prisoners and a Phandalin that is awfully quiet, its not the time to start fighting amongst eachother.

Cepheon has a horrible nightly encounter with Lady Shar that does not go very well for him and will have disastrous results on the long term, but it seems that the group is not aware of the danger and continues to explore Neverwinter.

Cepheon tries to get advice from several unexpected persons they encounter and while Cepheon is trying to find guidance for inner peace, Draco receives a reply to his letter...

Azareah, Cepheon, Deimus and Draco arrive at a domed temple with multiple mysterious torchbearers spread out, standing motionless, but silently humming. Through the minimal light that comes from the torchbearers they can figure out a small human being laying on top of an altar on the other side of the dome. But what makes things worse is a deadly creature standing behind the altar... and it's looking straight at them...
